We stand behind every product we sell. Our signature One-Year Guarantee lets you put our products to the test. We will replace any Sawgrass Mills Outdoor Rug for a full year from the date of purchase; however, we cannot give refunds. Only the retailer where the product was purchased can give refunds. If an item is found to be defective within one year of its purchase, it will be replaced without charge upon the return of the item accompanied by a sales receipt. When returning an item, you m8st obtain a Return Authorization number that will allow us to track your product once it arrives at our warehouse. This will create a faster response to your concern.
